I am pretty much disgusted with my failure at weight lost. Counting the recommended 1200 calories per day is maddening enough. Many years ago a doctor told me, if I wanted to lose weight--I just had to eat half of what I normally ate. I always had disdain for such a rudimentry tactic. Now however I'm at the point where I will try it. Going to start cutting all my meals in half of what I have been doing. Will post my success or crushing defeat.
Well, I think if you went total cannibal, you're problem would be licked. High protein and hard to catch (there's your cardio). Who doesn't enjoy an "HBLT"? (Human Bacon Lettuce & Tomato). Here's to your good eatins and good health.
